History
4-H Camp Piedmont organized in 1948. Eight surrounding counties--Belmont, Carroll, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson, Monroe, Noble, and Tuscarawas--joined forces to develop the rare gem. Today, seven of these counties and their respective OSU Extension personnel and volunteers continue to maintain the facility on Piedmont Lake in NW Belmont County.
